Prompt, friendly, informative.
Everyone was friendly and professional. The receptionist was super nice, the gentleman who took my nose swab was fun and the lady who came in with the results was personal, polite and informative.
Amazing experience with the staff
Matthew Higgins was exceptional. He listened. He checked all the vitals. He got Dr. Lester to help while we were there. He asked great questions. He was really thorough and considerate. He had great observations. He was very professional.
1 - when attempting to set the password on the portal, the system would not take what I was submitting though gave no message indicating why (perhaps I used a special character which is not accepted) 2 - the COVID paperwork completed prior to seeing the Dr, is confusing and can be read to understand the blood test provides an indication of active infection. I was very pleased with the way I was treated
Doctor's there are awesome with my six year old.
Just how I would expect to be treated in an urgent care situation. Set up Distancing and masks were required. Organized and efficient. Medical and check in staff were compassion and very considerate of my time.
Beautiful, clean office with respectful, knowledgeable and kind employees!
