A very well kept office, polite supporting staff and doctors who show compassion and understanding for their patients. Speedy intake and exit. Just a pleasant experience overall.

The front desk was kind and did safety check before being seen. The physician assistant and radiology tech was helpful and treated me with respect.

There was a very long wait but I don’t hold that against you in light of the current state of affairs. My APRN, Neil, was highly professional and skilled. He had a warm bedside manner and immediately put me at ease, no small feat considering he was in his “space suit” and I knew what was coming. He talked me through my testing, and even though I think he swabbed the middle of my brain stem, I still was impressed by his specimen collection expertise.
