The visit was excellent. I set up an appointment online so that I was expected upon arrival. The facility was extremely clean, and necessary precautionary measures take against COVID-19. I was greeted immediately, and not much after that given paperwork to fill out. A few minutes later was called for vitals, and escorted to the exam room. Everyone was nice and respectful. I went during the Virus outbreak and they made sure to ask all the questions and follow protocol. The Dr was AMAZING. She took time to talk to me and to reassure me. She made sure everything was OK and that I felt safe and made sure I got all my answers. I have never felt so relieved at an urgent care and had such wonderful bed side manners.
