The staff was very friendly and my appt was completed in a timely manner.
After going to a different urgent care with no diagnosis, the doctor at this location was able to diagnose a rare infection, treat it, and provided me with an ENT follow up appointment. I won’t go to any other urgent care facility and have told my family and friends this needs to be their first choice for urgent care needs.
Great experience at a new facility in the community. Appointment was easy to make online, service was professional and the doctor was knowledgeable and pleasant. Will definitely go back there should the need arise!
After arriving early for my 8:30 PCR COVID-19 test appointment, the doors were unlocked by Michael. He began to set up the front desk and gave me paperwork to complete. I waited until another staff member came out to take my paperwork. She worked in the referral section, but due to some confusion, the opening person went to another facility. Neil, the PA was great. He new exactly what my problem was and was able to treat me appropriately. Also my Covid test was resulted I. About 20 minutes and I new the results before I left. Awesome!!
I was taken to a room immediately upon arrival by ambulance. Nurses there greeted me pleasantly, respectfully as they went about their duties caring for me. The doctor saw me not long afterward. My input was valued. All other medical personnel who interacted with me In any way were pleasant and they respected the level of my pain.
Service providers were courteous and service was provided quickly
Seems to always be a long wait. It's confusing because there is rarely anyone in lobby. The fellow that took me back said they were "swamped", however, I was the first one there and waited 40 minutes.....How were you "swamped"? My second visit was worse. I waited outside for office to open. Door was not unlocked until almost 10 minutes after the opening time posted on the door. Again, I waited and waited.
