I was attended to promptly, courteously, and professionally. I very satisfied with my experience in your facility.
I came in with to problems and was given bad advice on both of these item. I had pain and swelling in my arm from a intravenous needle that was place in my hand for surgery. Two days later my arm swollen. I went to Fast Track Urgent Care first the nurse practitioner had said to put a ice pack on it, which was totally wrong when I went to get a ultrasound from a referral at my hematology clinic. Great. Everyone was kind.
Everyone was very helpful.The front desk ladies were excellent. A good experience overall . The gentleman who took my vitals ( temp , weight etc.) however, was not very friendly though! I expected to see a dr but the nurse practitioner was very knowledgeable.
Good and efficient
All the personnel were friendly and helpful. We were seen promptly.
