Everyone was very nice and accommodating.
I was shocked to see people in line for Covid and not a drive thru style. I sat in the waiting room for about an hour or more, only sanitizing pens and Clío boards, never the waiting room sitting area. I didn’t feel safe
Good service and nice and caring nurses and doctors
The fact that you cannot call a specific urgent care is unacceptable. They make you call a general call center which was nearly impossible to reach. Was on hold for hours today trying to 1) ask a question, 2) get in touch with the doctors office I just went to. I couldn't contact the office I just went to. They would not give me the number, would not transfer me and would not call for me. Kate O’Kennedy, PA, was awesome! She was very thorough and kind. She was not rushed and answered our questions with detailed explanation. We very much appreciated her care!
