Awesome and helpful staff. Great experience each time we have gone.
I have required two Covid tests prior to hospital admittance. I went both times to Urgent Care on Gunn Highway in Tampa. Both times the wait time was minimal and the employees were efficient and seemingly observing all rules of Covid safety. I appreciated this and it made me more comfortable in going.
The only complaint I would have would be that it’s impossible to call and make an appointment and I needed a Covid test and I was unable to get one online. But when I walked in I was able to get an appointment. 3 hr wait with appointment. Staff polite but management left them understaffed. Your upper management sucks

My wife scheduled an appointment for a COVID test 4 days ago. Made the appointment for 9 am (the first appointment of the day) we showed up 15 min early and waited 45 minutes with no one being called back. I approached the reception and was told there was only one nurse on site and that I would have to wait. I found her to be very rude. We schedule appointments so we can get back to work. The lobby was full with no one being called!! I don’t recommend this place!!
Made an appointment for COVID-19 test, have cold like symptoms, traveling in 72 hours, fit all the criteria, yet were told we did not qualify for testing (Tyrone ) so I guess the np is god and can tell just by looking at you! Parking was hard to find on a weekend due to armature works, but once I got in they still accommodated me and took me back in a timely manner. The provider and staff were professional and reviewed my symptoms, questions, and a milllion concerns. I got what I needed and am thankful to have this option nearby! Also, the lobby and exam room was clean and comfortable during the short time I waited.
