although the staff was nice the wait time to get seen didn’t make sense since i was the only one sitting in the waiting room. Not only did i have chest pain it whole experience was uncomfortable already to start with.
Personnel were very courteous and helpful. Acted in a very professional manner.

My pcp is Dr. Nathan Brinn at TGH. However the records were not accessible by the PA at Urgent Care. This must me resolved at the earliest
