Not long wait time. Very positive visit. Very helpful.
My visit with you all was great. However, the person who answered the phone was less than professional, did not listen, interrupted me answering her questions. I told her why I wanted to make an appointment her reply was we do not make appointments. Again she asked what do you need, I told her I needed my knee drained, she said OK knee swollen. The dr. Moore took her time with me and listened to everything
Great, the staff was very polite and the place was clean and I was seen within a timely manner
although the staff was nice the wait time to get seen didn’t make sense since i was the only one sitting in the waiting room. Not only did i have chest pain it whole experience was uncomfortable already to start with.
Personnel were very courteous and helpful. Acted in a very professional manner.
