Fast to get seen. Plus staff was very nice
Absolutely horrible, dont even want to give it one star. Two weeks ago went for covid testing for my daughter. Was told I would have the results in 2 to 5 days. Called then on the 3rd day to follow up and was told the results would be in the next day. Great, so I called the very next day and there was nothing. Been calling every day since and each time on hold for over an hour and NO ONE would answer the phone..shocking. Check in was easy. Seen to immediately PA was very knowledgeable and got me fixed up. The only thing that we had a problem with was calling fast track directly. There was only one number. We were put on hold and gave up after 10 minutes. I don't think that's very professional of an urgent care center. Tgh is better than that.
Great except that you forgot to send RX to Simon Med Imagine and I had to wait a good long time while they waited on phone to have it sent. All is well!!
The facility was very clean. Everyone was pleasant and courteous. I was in and out in no time.

Scheduled an online appointment For a sports physical and showed up 15 minutes early. Wasn’t seen for two hours past my appointment time. After being seen and leaving I realize they filled out a school physical not a sports physical. As they were already closed I went back the next day and requested they filled out the correct form. They made me wait another hour and then told me that I would have to be seen again and pay another fee even though it was their mistake! Complete waste of time and money. Will never return.
Sent to 2 different locations for care. Website states incorrect information about x-rays. Made my appointment for me at at tier 3 specialist. Filed a complaint. It was never dealt with. I will never use this urgent care again.
Overall a positive experience. Was running over an hour behind schedule though. Otherwise, excellent.
