Great customers service
Everyone at the Seminole office was nice,friendly and efficient.Grace did our covid She was very gentle and explained everything. Madeleine Bach was professional and compassionate. She explained how the test results would be handled and what to do if symptoms worsened. It would be helpful to tell people they will receive a surveillance call for positive results from the health department.
Once signed in and paperwork complete, saw 2 people. Technician took vitals and APRN Craig discussed symptoms. Received RX - sent to pharmacy-- which relieved my ongoing nausea/vomiting situation. Feeling much better All handled skillfully --very satisfied

First of all your name is a misnomer. My experience was not fast when having made an appointment for 10 AM and waiting for over an hour to be seen. Your waiting room is a petri dish of covid patients with me, a non covid customer. There was six foot separation here but no sanitation of the chairs with over capacity seating. Someone gets up, someone sits down, no cleaning what so ever. I returned home and showered immediately leaving my clothes outdoors as i felt contaminated. I received the very best care.
Nice friendly, caring staff. They wanted to make sure everything was going to be okay. She listened and offered as much help and care as possible. They are also quick with calling their patients they don't wait long. Best place I have been to in a while besides my primary care doctor. I would recommend this place to anybody.
My appointment somehow wasn’t received, but they still found a way to work me in quickly. Very nice and efficient staff.
