So I wait to the eye glasses to order me some glasses and was asking the lady some question she didn’t gave me a chance to finish she was bushing me off quickly and never got up from the chair to help me her customer services so trouble that I walk out I will bring my business to Dorchester house
I arrived at 10:20 my appointment was at 10:45 I was not seen by my doctor till noon then I went to the lab at 12:15 maybe 12:20 and I didn't get seen at the lab until 1:30. Just unusually long waits and it was very frustrating.

The wait time for the lab was ridiculous. It took over an hour to be called when there was only 3 people ahead of me.
Good doctor, horrible service in pharmacy. The pharmacy is slow and if your insurance lapses you cannot but your prescriptions even if you have the funds to do so. Half the time they have a two page list of things they are out of. Poorly managed with policies that are archaic. Also, if you have questions about prescriptions THERE IS NO PRIVACY. Everyone waiting can listen to your private medical information. All are management issues. Codman gets am A, Eaton Pharmacy F
It suck the service is bad you wait along time to see the doctor 20mi you have appointment at 9:45am didn't see the doctor at 10:15 that crazy why have the appointment I been with this clinic for years the more they try to improve the more are making the wrong mistakes it suck it time for to move to a new clinic
I had an appointment, and somehow they forgot I was there waiting for an hour. It's ridiculous to just forget and nobody double checks to see if anybody is waiting to be seen.
Appointment was at 6:30pm. Made sure I arrived on time. I wasn’t called in until 8pm, then sat in a room for another 30 minutes before the doctor came in to see me. He talked to me for about 15 minutes then we was all done. I’m sure follow ups are supposed to be quick but when you don’t have doctors like that to deal with patients at night, don’t have so many appointments scheduled at night. Monday morning I was there and I had an appointment with my social worker. Somehow I had a problem with my insurance. When I went downstairs to try to fix it, there was a lady at the front desk. She is Spanish She dictated to let all the Spanish people go in front of me and the other black girl that was next to me.
