It took them 2 hours to update my insurance information. Terrible! I had a nurse visit at 5:30 pm, I arrived at 5:15pm for my already scheduled appointment. I was called in the room maybe 20 mins later, and was finally released at 6:55 pm, all for an mmr and varicella. I spent a maximum of 6 minutes in the lab. The nurse held me hostage when they knew exactly what I was gonna get done before I got there. It’s just wasn’t fair because it was a very quiet night.
I came in with anxiety and severe pain on my legs arm... the nurse that saw me said she couldn’t give me anything. She treated me like a drug. Addict
I was on time for my appointment and I had to wait almost 2 hours because they didn’t have enough room
This is the worst place for a sick person. When the paramedics are students, they are doing internships. My doctor has changed it to me 4 times since they left the place and they assigned me other things I have been ill and they send me to do medical exams. Up to a year to give me results and the last time I feel so bad health I had to go to what happened with the results of the exams because they send you to the house they do not give you anything; nor when to return anything is the worst health center I have met in this... read more

It’s really difficult to first get a call from BMC saying that they need you to come in for more testing after your first mammogram and not to hear that or anything from your PCP. BMC will not give you any information and when you call Codman square you can’t bet get a hold If anyone much less anyone to Calm your fears. I left a message and even asked when can I expect a call back and was just told I don’t know.
