I received a call saying that I was goin to receive a call from my doctor at the time of my appointment and I never received a call from my doctor. Very disappointed

Bad experience during this COVID-19 period. Seems like people are scared to treat you for what you came there for or come near you once you are cleared by the nurse who calls you before you can enter the building. I felt like my needs werent met and my trip there was a waste.

No Problem to get test done, but problem to get result in 48 Hours. I got my result ONLY After I created a Complaining form + a left a voice mail, and left a message via web site and my cell phone. Despite of that, I do like yours service, because after I created a Complaining Report , and after my call and messages, report appeared available in hour. Thank you for your services.
