First, the setup with the tents was great however, after to being the 6th person in line I became about the .20th, once called and given directions to to proceed to the next both I was taken back by having to administer my own test by instructions i could not hear the instructions were terrible, nor did I feel the test was done correctly.. I got there 15 minutes before my appointment. There was a sign in the parking lot stating we have to call front desk number and wait to be escorted to the facility. I did. And for over 20 minutes, no one picked up t he phone and for another 10 I remained on the line after my call was transferred. When I finally hanged up and walked in, I saw them conversing in the front and carelessly directed me to Family medicine 2. There I waited 1 hour before being seen. Stop the constant annoying appointment reminder call and get your staff to answer the incoming calls to the health center.
Stayed in the exam room for more than an hour is not okay after spending 30 minutes in the waiting.
The wait for the cover test results was way too long.
The wait was too long, while I was there there was only one station doing testing. I think the people on line should have been given numbers to determine who would be next online so that those who had vehicles could have waited in their vehicle as opposed to standing in the rain. Drive up testing was not available on Tuesday 7/14. Why is testing methods different than other places? Individuals performing their own swab samples? Is this method inline with the rest of testing sites?
Urgent Care Front staff needs a class on professionalism and customer service

You make the patient wait for to long on my visit at the clinic I was waited over 3 hours I don’t think it’s appropriate to seated that long for a simple visit I hope that in the future that can be arrange differently thank you. Have a nice day
