The people in the dental department was mean, and the wait time in family medicine 3 is very long. It is not a patient-centered environment and I will be going to an actual hospital for now. For dental appointment 5/1/2019 at 4:00pm and an appointment with Schlotterbeck at 3:15pm it was 3:50pm and she still had not come to see me.

There is a need to improve the wait time, I waited 30 minutes to be seated inside the doctor's office which is fine, but the problem is that i waited 1 hour extra in the consult room to see the doctor
Waited 2 hours to talk to the insurance people
Physicians and nurses Etc have to listen to the patients and what they are saying if they're saying that a medication is needed because it helps with their daily life then why do these Physicians and other people of power make that call into telling you that although it's just all in your head this in that. I had a horrible experience here!!!!! the heavyset lady who took my 9 month old daughters blood proceeded to shove the needle in arm because she couldn’t get the blood to flow, then damn near put the needle vertically in her arm!!!! insane! I know I have to move it a little and gently sometimes to get it flowing, but she was ridiculous! The fact that I filed a complaint when I was there on March 21 and have still yet to hear back from someone makes my blood boil! Worst customer service, the employees typical know the ppl in the community so your health care NOT private. The Executive staff is not invested in improving things I reached out to the CEO she never responded!!! I was a patient here for 29 years I ONLY stayed because I LOVED my Doctor. Last year she mysteriously retired without telling her patients ACCORDING to the health center. I’m no longer a patient!!!!
I was there for two hours, where a majority of my time was spent waiting. I was forgotten about in a room because whatever nurses on hand were more eager to get home then to ensure I was getting the right tests. Isn’t it just great when the patient has to remind the staff that they need to get tested.
I’m so tired of Codman square health center!! I’ve filled out 3 medical record release forms and 3 years later my records aren’t anywhere in the system!! This is negligence, I’ll definitely be speaking to someone outside of there to see about this!
