I came to the Urgent Care on 3/12/19 and was diagnosed with the flu. One of the MA'S took my blood pressure and I had to tell her the cup was hurting my arm cutting off my circulation and I was told the machine was still reading and my arm was hurting. The NP and Dr were good. The NP sent my prescription down stairs to the pharmacy (Eaton Apothecary) and it was never filled my husband was told that the prescription wasn't marked urgent, you got to be kidding me. Did not accept the new health insurrance
I had a 9am appointment, I was not seen until 10:34am. I arrived early and signed in on time.
I m doing great in then the grace of god thanks god bless
I came in tears due to knee pain, I was told I'm getting old and don't heal the way I used to. No xray was taken but he touched it and I cried when more left me with no hope
I wanted my co payment billed to me and I was told they don’t do that. It’s a major inconvenience for the patient to not offer this service. To me that’s a disloyalty to the patient.

Pharmacy dept was my main issue. I used the automated system to order my prescription it did not go through. I was told by staff that the system has issues and this frequently happens. I was told to return in an hour my prescription would be ready. I returned in an hour it was still not ready . I was told by the clerk the she would get somebody on it right now 20 minutes later still no prescription. What bothered me was hearing them fussing at each other about their breaks. I always enjoy my visit with my doctor & the staff at internal medicine, however; the lab wait is unnecessary when there’s no one actually waiting. I usually have to knock on their door to make them aware that I’m waiting. The staff at the desk next to the lab are unprofessional, rude & loud.
