Didnt have a good experience with the working staff.
Takes 30 minutes to get blood work done, literally one person doing bloodwork and she takes forever !
Well I'm not satisfied cause I'm still having problems and my Dr. Was supposed to fax something for me and give me a call also but he didn't so no I'm not happy.
Waited 45 mins to be called in (no one else in waiting room when I arrived). Then another 45 mins to be seen by the dr. Sadly, we love our Dr Br this is far from the first time. Also, we frequently receive erroneous bills for our wellness visits.
The wait time. I had a 9:15 am appointment. 11 o'clock I am still waiting .
Someone at the Front desk was very unprofessional rude, first she accused me of lying and then hung up on me when I ask for her name and to speak with her supervisor on 11/07/2018 around 4:00 p.m.
The waiting time to see the PC is unacceptable. I have waited more than an hour.
The last time i came to the clinic to see Doctor kroshian, he was on Saturday. Of the month August. There are a nurse over there i don’t if she get a problem with his boyfriend, she pass her problem on me. I just leave the clinic for her. I want to change the clinic it a friend of my when I explain to her what happened to me. She told me the Doctor doesn’t know nothing. I was explain to the Doctor about it, he told me he don’t know that.
Customer service is very terrible
