I am disabled and was very disappointed on my visit no parking and have to search for parking on the Street, which I have a hard time walking long distance. I was just about to cancel my 8:30 am appointment with Dr. Ogando. I understand that you have found raising to do but there have to be a way that patients can access parking or let them know before booking appointments.
Never have an appointment on time and always I have unnecessary appointments but when I truly do need a medication or help it's never there
You guys absolutely suck at giving people calls back you also need to be retrained on HIPAA guidelines as to what falls under what jurisdiction. Also hire doctors with availability specifically to meet the medical needs of patients as in everyday. Stop forcing my chart on patients because you motherfuckers don’t respond to the messages in a timely matter and it’s frustrating. I waited 2 hours for an appointment that I could not even be seen for and then I had to wait some more at the insurance desk because for some reason my insurance was inactive.
I spent way too long being directed around for what should have been a simple visit to the x clinic.
There needs to be a training throughout the entire clinic, as I was informed that a letter can be faxed to me, called the next day, letter couldnt be faxed. Had to utilize my entire break to pick up a letter stating i was seen for my employer. The attitudes of the staff were horrible. and even though I was told one thing and assured that the letter would be faxed, there was no reasonable accommodation made. About testing an the nurse calling back late at night not being professional an just wasn’t comfortable
I have a problem with my health insurance because Codman square health Ctr do not accept aarp and I did change my plan and I didn't know that United health wasn't paying the bill and family medicine seen me which was great and I to reach out to my insurance and find out why they are not paying for my care
I had to call to walk for an UTI I had to be there by 3pm (closing) I was checking in and told the staff the problem, this guy, i wish i knew his name heard.me came aout with th cup to pee in😊 before i was done with the forms,, went to lab two minutes later the doctor was in my room with consultation and a Prescription I think i was done in ten minutes They were funny and great. I need a job there 😁😁😁
