Though the wait was short (it was Sunday), communication was sparse. The woman at the front desk asked my name. When we went back to be seen, I told the assistant that my daughter was also being seen. We had to re-register. After being seen, we were prescribed medication without actually being told what was wrong. And the doctor didn't try to build a rapport with my daughter.
Having to wait for about an hour to be seen toilet out of order
Management can be unprofessional at times.
Our appointments was at 11:45an we didn’t get done with everything until 5pm. Me and my children have been patients the for over 18yr but he hate appointment day cause it always take way too long there.
