The waiting time for the lab was insane, i had to make two trips there
Doctors are great receptionist are rude as fuck
Had a insurance problem out the address came from Framingham and wasn’t seen and I have high blood pressure and didn’t feel well waited 2 weeks for the appointment
No one is available to answer your phone call if you wanted to schedule an appointment. I am personally waiting for 2 hours, no one ask me what l want. If you are looking for a good customer service place think twice before heading to Codman Square health Center.
Had a Physical schedule with Dr Kroshian at 9am. Checked in and placed in examination room. At 10am I asked what was happening because the Dr did not show up. No one told me anything because they were not aware but I was not able to see the Dr because he never came. This is not the first instance this has happened. I am very disappointed with the service at Codman Square.
You guys just need to hire more experienced persons to work or train your employees before you start having them working on people because I did an extraction and when I went back for review to do an X-ray on the area where the tooth came from no one could do it and no one wanted to assist the dentist to show her how to do it so it did not get done and these people are classified as professionals I honestly think that was very unprofessional!!!!!!!!!!! Please do better Codman Square!!!!!!!
All went well However I waited almost 45 minutes to be see in the lab Was not pleased
I came in half an hour early for Covid vaccine. Was seen and dismissed by the time of actual appointment.
The customer service and care offered by the ancillary staff is subpar. After waiting close to an hour for someone to answer the phone, they tell you the next available appointment is months from now. When you tell them it needs to be addressed sooner, they send you to urgent care. I am honestly not sure why I have a primary care provider anymore if I am seeing everyone else besides that provider, only to be referred back to my PCP. The front desk staff needs to do a better job.
