I went to urgent care for shortness of breath and waited hour and a half and and still didn’t call me name. People came after me got called do I just walked out.
Took 1 1/2 hours to get registered to have a Covid test in urgent care!
I still aint got my meds from the pharmacy
For my first visit I wasn’t happy showed up early for my appointment and still didn’t see the doctor for almost an hour after my schedule visit and no one kept me informed. I had to open the door and ask what is going on.
My Doctor is very good and my nurse Sonya ,Rafael, Dr.isom ,Andrea,they all work very good with me ass a team I don't have no complain about them. Thank you very much any questions please call me at 857_312_0870.
The first contact of any institution is what makes or breaks it. I came to Codman because of the positive reviews I read, and also because a relative referred it. However, when I got in, I stood in the area off to the side of the front desk where the floor markings are. I guess because I was not directly in front of the desk, I was ignored. I can bring my children & we are seen within 30 minutes & out within an hour. The Pharmacy is downstairs & I get my medication within 20 minutes. No long waits & I’ve been coming her for over 2 decades. This is my #1 clinic hands down.
Impossible to get an appointment. Did not receive Doctors call
The doctored are fckn dumb as hell, unprofessional will have you waiting for hours !!! Worst clinic ever
