Quick response, diagnosis and calling in of prescription. Nurse was confident and friendly.
They doctors and nurses were very nice, but I was given incorrect information. My parents were out of town and I needed antibiotics for a UTI so I called and asked how I could get a prescription. Two different people on two different occasions told me if I had a parent on the phone, I could come in and get a prescription. However, when I arrived, they turned me away and I could not get my prescription without an adult. I then had to call my sister who lived two hours away and get her to take me. Staff was friendly and efficient. The clinic was very clean.
You did a great job!
The practitioner was very helpful, friendly and reassuring. She made me feel extremely comfortable and helped me quickly and explained what was happening in a way that was easy for me to understand.
It was fast and easy. I tried to use the tyto care equipment I have so the doc can listen to my heart, check my ears and throat but it did not work though they tried to at the urgent care. Tyto needs to have some expert for the equipment so we can use it.
Everything was done in a curteous and professional manner!
