My wife took my son's into the office on Gandy Blvd and Joseph Burke PA saw them. He was rude, condescending and she left in tears! I was shocked at how upset she was and the way he treated her. I will never go back to this clinic or any other branches. I will also make sure to share my experience with Fast Track and Joseph Burke with everyone I can.
I was with my cousin, she can't speak and understand English that well so I was with her to translate for her and the doctor didn't allow me to speak and he kickede out of the office and he was very mean to me.i was so disappointed from his reaction and I really don't know how to act
I had an appointment for 11am. Made it two days ago. I arrived 10 minutes early and they informed me it was a 90 minute wait past my appointment time. That is atrocious. At a minimum have a system that alerts a patient who has an appointment that there are delays. What’s the point. I could have scheduled with several other clinics. My assumption is this is typical at this facility.
No follow up had to go twice and still got worse.
The entire experience was Exceptional!!! From the time I checked in with the Receptionist, to the Nurse and my PA, Ashley -- everything was 5 Star!!! You have a wonderful Facility and I will recommend to everyone!!! Thank You for Your Care -- Patient Don Nelsen

The Urgent care clinic in Carrollwood needs a receptionist that is consistent and treats people equally. I went with my daughter with an arm injury. I went and got in line and waited for my turn to ask a question. When she got done with the patient that was ahead of me, I walked up to her and she told me to stand back and wait until she was done. Got charged $135 for a doctor to ask me my height, weight, take BP and to tell me to go to the emergency room. Got to er guess what they did? Took same measurements then proceeded to actually do something. Don't waste your time or money at this sham place. Nevermind the fact this place is 15 miles from my home and the hospital is only 3. Just save yourself the hassle and go to the hospital.
