with the exception of the construction in trying to get there it was a good experience, but that in no way is their fault of course. I was just in a lot of pain and walking was extremely painful for me that day. HOWEVER, inside the facilit y, the folks couldnt have been nicer or more professional. VERY NICE PEOPLE!

Place is dirty, had sticky floors and nasty crumbs on the bed. After we pointed it out the NP cleaned it with her bare hands and then checked my ears without washing or putting on gloves. Furthermore, I clearly showed all signs of a bad cold/virus infection. Nurse refused to prescribe antibiotics and suggested DayQuil. Waste-of-my-money and time!

I had a severe eye problem and the PA followed up by actually finding me an opthamologist to care for my problem. They went beyond the call of service. No other urgent care service does this trust me.

I wish I could leave zero stars. When we came in, we asked if they took Medicare. The answer was yes. 6 weeks later, received a bill for $400 for a "new patient visit". I literally made 19 phone calls over 2 months to their outsourced billing company to try to straighten it out. Result was shut up and pay. Seriously the worst customer service ever. No one to talk to. Constantly being told "the back office was reviewing our bill". Said they'd call us back so many times and never received even one phone call. I asked to speak ... read more

Waiting over two hours for a health assessment to start working. Even had an appointment. Feels like my time isn't valuable. I had to hire a sitter and I'm still sitting here in the waiting room. Wouldn't come here voluntarily.

quick check in but RN tried sending me to the ER and did not further examine me and it was a stomach bug. She provided no relief and charged me $95.00 for nothing.

Cannot at this time provide a review of medical services; however I can evaluate the telephone system and prompts at the Wesley Chapel location. I had received a call from a representative stating that I would have a pre-surgery COVID test scheduled via MyChart @ Wesley Chapel. Now, 10 days later, having seen nothing in MyChart, I called the Wesley Chapel number @ 4:45 PM on 12/29 and selected prompt 6 on the 1st call, then 3 on the 2nd, and then 2 on the 3rd. Do not call! 1.5 hour wait and disconnect at the end. Treatment prescribed is not helping but very expansive $ 230 upfront+ medications $ 50 which are not help!
