I came to your urgent care facility in very serious pain. And nothing was done about it . I’m home now and the pain has greatly increased. One doctor sent me to the kenned location with instructions for me to have a ct scan and the doctor there refuses to give me a ct he said I didn’t need it and told me that I’m getting a X-ray.then he sent me home in chronic pain. I’m not happy with my service.

The only reason this location is getting any stars is because of the front desk receptionist. She was very nice and helpful. As for the individual that did my so called exam, she had a bad attitude and only tested me for covid. Later that day I went to a CVS minute clinic because I didn't trust the TGH nurse/doc whatever she was. I was tested for Strep, Covid, and the Flu at the minute clinic and came back positive for the flu. The doctor didn’t even do a pelvic exam. I did my own swab to send to the lab…. And was given two medications to treat to different things until “we figure it out” Really unprofessional patient care

I’m not at all satisfied with my experience. I left the care center still not having a diagnosis or clear understanding of what the problem is.

waited for a long for 2 hours just to get prescribed Flonase for a cold that turned in to a sinus infection. Waste of time. Who ever works there needs to go back to school.

Wanted to see a Doctor but none scheduled that day. My concern was light heaviness that had lasted a month. My PCP could not see me for a month and told me to go to Urgent Care. Even blood tests had to go to PCP. I got a nurse practioner. She completed overlooked my previous brain surgery. Told me to eat more iron rich foods. Felt like I wasted my time and money.

I wish the receptionist would have shared you didn’t have imaging capabilities that morning. Instead, I waited in the lobby, was seen only to be told that you couldn’t take an exray because you didn’t have the technician. Very disappointing. I feel like your quick care facility was more concerned with billable submissions. The receptionist was perfect and the PA did her job but your protocol was disappointing. Disappointed no one informed me I had not completed my check in . I had a 10:30 appointment and waited until noon to be call in. I was out at the end of the line once I discovered the problem.

I came in for a UDS for an employer. There was 1 person in the lobby. I spent 2 hours waiting to leave a urine sample. I asked the front desk staff how much longer it would be and she said, they’re coming any minute. I waited another 45 minutes and at that point, I was ready to explode. The front desk staff did not care to provide any type of customer service since they continued their personal conversations throughout the entire time I was in the lobby.
