Awful customer service!! Rude to patients (even kids!!) Waiting room was dirty, layer of dust and dead bugs on floor. Waited over an hour with an appointment time and when asked how long wait was going to be was not given an answer “As I am not allowed to answer that question”. What’s the point in giving appointments? Do not recommend, spend your money at another clinic!

Went in for chest discomfort, N/V and severe headache. MD suggested to be referred to PCP. Front desk said they have my HMO insurance on file. I said I have the new insurance card which is PPO. They said someone will get in touch with me. A day after, I got a text from them that says I have to find my own pcp since I have HMO insurance. I called their clinic and gave my PPO insurance details and they have me call a different number to ask to be referred to a pcp. I was informed to call prior to arrival. I did, and was told that I would want to arrive BEFORE closing, which was 8pm. I arrived at 7/32... for my ppd skin test and was told "oh we not doing THAT now and to return the next day;, dine, no problem. The next day's staff was very efficient and took no more than 10-15 to complete what I needed to complete on the previous day. I went to see if I could get comfort of my left foot ..only thing was done was touching of my foot and steroids given no call from no one about my appointment that I was told someone would do..

Was sent to the ER. That wasn’t necessary. Now I am stuck with a ridiculous medical bill.

The staff was absolutely rude. I made a reservation online and stated what my appointment was for. The woman at the front desk was so incompetent and unprofessional. I told her exactly what I was there for and she gave me the wrong paperwork and later proceeded to blame it on me and give me an attitude. I asked her about my next appointment because the doctor told me to come back and she told me I didn’t have a referral. It was like she didn’t know how to comprehend words.

Front desk lady was very rude. Was slow in checking patients in and I had already been waiting 15 minutes. I asked if she can get someone else to help her at the front desk. Was very nasty and said I have to be patient that she came from west chase which is something I didn’t need to know and it had nothing to do with her taking my ID and insurance card. And continues with her smart remarks instead of just shutting up and not upset me. I was already feeling sick. Hence why I was at urgent care.

Poor bedside manners. Not even 5 mins in the exam room. Just quickly brushed off and given meds that I doubt will even work.
