I had an appointment and waited 10 min to even be acknowledged to check in. I explained I was there for an ankle injury and that it was possibly broken or sprained. I them filled out paperwork and waited for over 2 hours to be seen. Only AFTER I was brought back to the exam room was I told the facility did not have an x-ray machine. I waited for an hour for a drug test. To urinate in a little cup and be done in five minutes, this is an unreasonable amount of time. The lab tech who assisted me was nice, but that is the only redeeming factor of this trip

Terrible experience I took a drug screen and shared that I take prescription pain medication and didn’t want an issue. I brought my bottle with me. I was told that it want a problem that they would call me. I never got a call so followed up and was told that my employer already was sent the results . I was very unhappy as that is not the process and I was basically told that it was too late and I should discuss with employer. The office was out of lids for urinalysis so what should have been an instant result had to be FedEx’d to a lab for analysis, delaying the processing of my application for employment. The tech then clumsily spilled part of the sample - any larger of a spill and there would not have been enough sample to run the test.

made an appointment for 11:15AM was there at 11:15 with three people in the waiting room I was not seen until at least 12:30 and then triaged and taken to a room to wait longer to see the PA finally PA showed up at around 1:00PM did a quick test for covid and was told results would be ready in 15 minutes 40 minutes later PA returned. People I dealt with were all good except the guy at the front desk who just had an attitude like you were bothering him! Not sure I'll be back as my prior experience here was not good either.

Poor service, did not help, was uncertain/did not seem confident in conclusion. I waited 30 minutes and then was told to go see my PCP. Total waste of time and money.

The nurse that checked me in had the worst bedside manner. She asked inappropriate questions and was judgmental. After waiting 40 minutes in an exam room I stepped out to see if someone was coming and she mocked me. When she gave me an injection she jammed the needle so hard in my butt that I started spasming. I told her how bad it hurt and she laughed in my face about it. The nurse practitioner and check in staff was friendly. Worst experience ever. I wont recommend to anyone.

RUDE! STUCK-UP! I'M DISABLED, NOBODY WOULD HELP ME WITH MY PAPER WORK! THEY KNEW I WAS THERE FOR A STRAY CAT BITE AND NEVER TOLD ME THEY DDI NOT HAVE THE SHOTS, YET CHARGED ME FOR THE VISIT AND I STILL HAD TO GO TO THE EMERGENCY ROOM. MY OPINION, THEIFTS! CRUEL!!! WOULD NEVER RECCOMEND.

Very in-personable experience from beginning to end. It started with the desk clerks complaining about how much work they had while another patient and myself waited until they felt ready to assist us (it was approx 7 min before I was helped)…this was confusing. Aren’t the patients the priority in an urgent care center? What’s worse, they just handed me paperwork to fill out…they could have done that in 10 seconds of interaction.
