Meera Ghayal is incapable of providing unbiased healthcare. She was rude, she lacks basic listening skills. She does not let one speak or even finish a sentence before she starts making comments. Some comments are rude and unnecessary. I find this doctor unhelpful and rushed.
I was denied services, referred elsewhere, subsequently billed for non-rendered services (in which insurance paid), received no responses to my disputes, and then sent to collections….when NO SERVICE was provided!
Waited over 1 hour to be seen by doctor. Once doctor came into the room she told me I just have a cold after 2 minutes of meeting with me. I just now have been diagnosed with bronchitis. Worst experience.
I came in with a sore throat and ear ache. The person that saw me said she couldn’t really diagnose me and see inside of my throat. She didn’t even bother to look. She did how ever have me use the tool to see I had some redness in my ear
Receptionist didn’t know if a provider would be there. She was not educated how to verify out of state insurance. All she wanted was a credit card to bill. The PA prescribed nothing. I had to return home to a Dr.
It is now a week since I went to TGH urgent care. And I still have not got the topical cream. The Doctor Heather ordered because between TGH and Walgreens. They do not know how to write a prescription. Thus I could not treat my wound as I was instructed called back multiple multiple times to no avail
There’s no urgency about this urgent care. Came in with strep systems and waited much longer then I should have because the front desk receptionist was a trainee. The check out process was even worse
The PA, Megan, was wonderful: responsive to my concerns and proved the care I needed. Thanks, Megan.
Practitioner was very responsive and understanding.
