Your center is very convenient to Sun City Center. When I went to book an appointment on line, the website was not working. I called your phone number and immediately received the same morning appointment by a very courteous receptionist. I arrived at my appointment 15 minutes early and still had to wait 1 1/2 hours to see doctors assistant. I did receive the medications that I needed to get over a sinus infection. Thank you. Staff was friendly. Took forever to be seen, but it was bare bones staff so to be expected.

I had a 12 pm appointment didn't get till 2. Service fine but rooms were like sitting in a freezer.

The check in was extremely efficient. The person checking me in was helpful but could have smiled more and been a bit friendlier. The wait was way too long!!!!! I was there well over two hrs. It doesn’t make sense to have you pick an appointment time online and let them know when you’re coming if you have to wait that long still. Apparently checking in is useless. The PA I saw was great. Overall other than time it was not a bad experience.
