Had an appointment and it took forever. Was there for 2 hours waiting for what took 20 seconds to complete.

It took me over 3 1/2 hours wait time for an reserved 9:45 test. I arrived at 9:35 for my 9:45 reservation time and was never told the wait would be that long. I did not get the test until around 1:20ish.

The receptionist was ugly and not helpful. I wasn’t given paperwork prior to my visit by my employer who sent me. “Well why don’t you have it? It is necessary “. All it was was my history. Took me two minutes to fill out. I understand my employer didn’t give me the papers, but that wasn’t me. The X-Ray that took my swab for Covid test did not ever put the sample in a protective carrying vessel. Instead he kept it out carrying it down the hallway uncovered. Waiting time is too long .I just went for a physical.Charged me $95.It is too much !!!!!!!

My experience was absolutely horrible the receptionist was totally rude and lied about the wait time and had me sitting from 9am to 3pm for a drug test! I would never recommend this place!

To be honest I was not pleased at first.I drove all the way from Sarasota.and was told I was not on the list for pre-op testing.had to make a call before I was put on the schedule.then I had to wait 2 hours before being seen. Then they did the same tests I just had done just days ago.

I am sitting in the waiting room. My appointment was for 9:30. It is now 11:15. When politely asking how far behind they are running, a group of us was told if we didn’t like it we could leave. I won’t be back here again.
