Need more than 1 provider during the sick season. Sick patients should use mask. Lysol use needed! Washing of hands, gloves needed for Triage personnel.
It took 2.5, almost 3 hours to see someone.
They didn’t help my husband, they missed fluid in his lungs which caused a lung collapse. He’s still hospitalized and very ill. Michelle Hinson didn’t help him at all.
Seen almost immediately. Diagnosis given. Medication ordered. Left clinic.
Efficient service, but terrible follow up. I had to go to another facility for an x-ray and then the technician was out to lunch until 3:25 p.m. I got there around 2:35 p.m. Then, when I tried the portal to get the results, they were not there. The APRN tried to call me last night to follow up on the results of the x-ray, but I was out until about 8:30 p.m. and missed the call. I showed up for a drug test and there was nobody waiting. I waited 30 min until I was seen. Nobody in the waiting area but me.
The doctor was great. However, its been three days and I am still locked out of the portal. I wanted a copy of my test. We called several times to fix the problem. No results. We told them the phone number to enter the portal is wrong, and its still wrong.
The provider and nurse and office staff were fine. However, the wait to see anyone was almost an hour and the room I was in for most of my visit was extremely cold. I couldn't stop physically shivering when I left. The provider, Arron (sp?) did call shortly after I got home to make sure I was okay because I was shivering so much when I left the office.
The nurse practitioner mark sherberg was terrible he doesn’t listen he’s very condescending and I don’t trust this company now based on my experience with him
