I was physically assaulted, relcieved elderly abuse and injury from the PA as well as held against my will all because I declined to sign a piece of paper on my way out!! I have yet to have a return call in regards to this matter and will never use TGH for any reason and suggest seniors stay away from this establishment! I would like a upper management person to contact me SOON. But they have not
I arrived late in the afternoon. The staff had a very busy day and were tired, but I was treated very professionally. The PA was excellent and listened to my answers and questions. She ordered an X-ray to check on my injury and gave me the results before I left. She explained my situation at my level of understanding. She outlined what to expect and my options for any needed follow-up.
7 days prior to walking in the game changed. We now needed an appointment, the told us to sit 2 hours, finally got our PCR test for travelling, results followed 48 hours later, all worked out just fine
I went to you for a covid test needed for a surgical procedure. I loved that the testing was set up outside via drive through. The lady that administered my test was a lovely person. She was friendly and explained what the test involved. She also showed me what to do to relax my nasal passages after the test was administered . A very good experience overall. Thank you.

Excellent. Everyone from preadmissios to the doctors to the the recovery nurses were looking out for my best interest and health. They were all friendly and knowledgeable.
Great care, but long waits.
Their drive through Covid testing site was excellent. There were only 2 cars ahead of me and the person who administered it was outstanding. She was careful, offered an excellent way to reduce any mild discomfort and was a pleasure!
