The room that I got was not totally clean. I did not get my dinner so I got very bad headache. I had to ask for something to drink all the time. I’m sorry bad experience with you in the 4th floor the service was great

Staff, nurses, doctors were all fantastic. Everyone was extremely focused on the patient. Top notch hospital. But I only gave it only 4 stars because parking is absolutely horrible. I am handicapped and can walk, but not well. No valet due to covid, but they have valet at USF? Took us 35 min from the time we pulled in the parking garage, first waiting in line behind other cars to park, trying to find elevators, which there are no signs pointing you in the proper direction, to walking around the parking area, then walking a... read more
