Doctor was very nice taking the time to explain what the problem was with my toe. Also did x-rays to make sure there was not a fracture or break.
The doctor was amazing! The staff was great too. I was in and out in less than 20 mins.
I made an appointment for 5:30pm for a COVID screening - I was 10 minutes early, but after 30 minutes, I checked back at the front desk and they said I was next - I checked 3 more times and waited 95 minutes for an appointment. Then when I finally went back, the nurse, God bless her, was tired (understandable) but argues when I asked for the rapid test. All clinical staff were very thorough and did an awesome job! Thank you!! The out-patient scheduling department had some issues as they had me coming at 4 different times for my procedure. It was frustrating for my family as we didn’t expect to wait 4 hours in the prep room
