Well this was my first time using this facility and I asked a lot of questions and I got a lot of my answers. The nurse practitioner was very good at her job and very friendly. Will be using this facility in the future
All medical clientele listened attentively and appeared to have a sincere interest in my well being.
We went to TGH Urgent Care on 9/6 to get a CoVid test for travel, to Canada required within 72 hours of departure. The process to gather the samples went well. We were assured that the samples would go to LabCorp that night. We had no source of info to follow the samples. We contacted LabCorp today, 9/8, and they informed us that they received the samples today which makes it highly unlikely that the results will be available by 2:20 tomorrow afternoon. You called me in right away and the Tiago Nurse and the PA couldn’t have been nicer and more respectful of my age (100) and safety. The email is my daughter’s.
