The checkin process was quick. I just wished that they were signs at the location to point folks to the back of building for scheduled covid testing. Folks should also be directed where to park
Everyone did a great job.Angelina was especially helpful. She addressed all my concerns and I left feeling reassured.
The provider didn’t do anything. The next day I woke up with the same symptoms and had to go to the ER. At the ER they gave me a steroid injection which the swelling went down within 4 hours. They figured out the problem which was that I was having an allergic reaction to my high blood pressure medicine. It was a waste of time going to this urgent care.
The doctor failed to send one of my scripts to the pharmacy so I had to go the next day back to urgent care to get a paper script so that I could get my medication.
Procedure went well. Facility had only one doctor due to COVID-19.
The team was fantastic, all of workers up on 3K deserve some valuable recognition and praise.
Treatment was fast, caring, and welcoming.
Had a 2pm appointment, they called me into the exam room right on schedule. Staff was knowledgeable and pleasant.
Very professional. Was in and out in a timely manner
