The only kink was that the front desk ladies were to busy talking about ??????and did not give us the order for the imaging that needed doing. The imaging receptionist asked for it and we did not know what she was talking about. There was a period of time for getting things in order that was basically unnecessary. Otherwise the service was good.
Professional from start to finish! Every person I had contact with from checking in, to the nurses, transporters, doctors, every one was amazing, thank you for taking such good care of me!
I felt very safe having been operated by Dr. Diana English. She is so kind and really cares about her patients. The hospital staff speak very highly of her and seem to like her just as much as I do. TGH has a great asset having her onboard helping to save lives.
I was treated soon after I filled out my paperwork. I walked in about 3 p.m. and was treated promptly and on my way home by 3:45. The doctor diagnosed my problem and ordered a prescription.
Everyone was very friendly and helpful. They all made the surgery and recovery a very easy process. The Dr. was very informative to my daughter and also to later in the afternoon when he call to check on me.
From walking to and from TGH, it was delightful. The care, bedside manner and professionalism was a 10. My prep was all explained to me and I had several hospital professional staff come by before my procedure. The Cardio staff were excellent as I wish I could remember all their names, very calm, soft and caring, even when I entered into the room they all said Hi calling me by name!
