I visited Urgent Care because my husband had been there and liked them. I was treated very well. My experience was excellent. I would certainly go back to them.

After diagnosing me with covid-19 and receiving instructions, the medicines that were supposed to be called in and the orders for the antibody infusion were never received by the drugstore or the infusion center. Had to contact my primary care doctor to have a telehealth conference to get the meds and orders.

All they did was collect my insurance. Absolutely nothing was done!

I was a Walk-in for an ear infection. I had to wait 2 hours, but one never knows how long it'll take when using a Walk-in facility. Unfortunately for me, there was an onslaught of people in for COV19 testing which backed up the practice. Once I was in the Triage area and saw the ARNP, I was taken care of quickly and efficiently and was on my way to healing!

Although I had scheduled COVID testing several days in advance, the actual time seen was yours after scheduled time. Fast Track was an oxymoron!

First time. Covid test. Process good but could have been more efficient.
