I like a large waiting room. Receptionist very nice. Mary must have been having a rough day (older lady in lab) as not communicative much. Loved pc gal So glad I got UTI presc b4 I left office and not wait til next day. Very convenient. Should consider online live dr/patient visit. Love Urgent care scc

Process was efficient and everyone was very nice ! However, I came for a rapid response COVID and they wouldn’t give me one ! Now many people are waiting days for the lab results! No one is happy !

We had made appointments to receive a Covid 19 test at 1:30 and 2 pm two days prior to the appointment time. I had had a similar test back in February and expected it to be similar. It was totally different. Rather than simply driving my car to the side of the building, we had to go inside and wait for almost 2 hours to finally get swabbed.
