Clean facility and professional attentive staff
The front desk staff were great. I met the dr. I really didn’t she was that engaging. I literally spent about a minute and a half with her. I don’t even remember her looking at my leg or ankle. She sent me to X-ray, came back and told me nothing was broke and then reminded me I couldn’t take a pain reliever because I am on a blood thinner. They were all very professional and at the same time caring and compassionate.
It was easy to follow the signs and get serviced. My time there was quick and the persons that helped me were very nice and gentle.
Every one on 6th floor Parathyroid Surgical Center, Bayshore Pavilion were awesome‼️The Drs and staff made me feel at ease and comfortable. Best experience in hospital I have had. I will recommend TGH and both Dr Lopez and Dr Politz. Thank you all for such wonderful care.
Visited urgent care and was very pleased with the knowledge and professionalism of Kim Frack,FNP. She helped me in the treatment of my disease that I have not been able to do since moving here almost 2 years ago. This morning I received , in a timely manner, the results of the culture that confirmed her medication choice. Great Job.
TGH was such a wonderful place. They couldn’t have done more to make my hip replacement go any better
The staff, from checking in all the way thru was exceptional. The nurses were awesome and Dr Marcet is the absolute best!!
