At Fast Track Urgent Care Center, a board-certified provider sees every one of our patients. All of our doctors are trained in the care of both children and adults, and each has experience in the urgent care setting. All of our providers have chosen urgent care as a profession and work solely in our offices. By having the same group of physicians working closely together, we are able to render consistent care to our patients, much the same way a primary care doctor would.

Receptionist was extremely rude to both patient and also to patient’s mother on the phone . Nurse taking vitals also was not friendly.
Hello, as a cof-19 patient waited 9 hours at the waiting room , no one came over to see if we needed some water or assistance, not good
Only 4 people in front of me (all for covid testing) but still took 2.5 hours to be seen
Waited 2.5 hours to see PA. Came into the room and did not even listen to my chest
While the care is always top notch, this morning I was greeted by an extremely rude and disrespectful receptionist, Perhaps I was not the kindest, but I was not feeling well at all. Her body language was horrible. When she stated "this is your first time here" and I said no, I offered the advice that perhaps you entered my name wrong. My last name is unusual and often spelled incorrectly. She stated, with a huff, "I have your ID here". and then said, "this is too early for this". The PA was great, front desk was great, one clinicians was great. Had a horrible time with my test. The individual who gave me my PCR test initially was impatient with me and rude! Because I was having a hard time she threw away my test and I had to do it again with someone else there who was fantastic. Now I’m afraid my test wasn’t submitted because the first one got thrown out so I have called twice today to make sure it was submitted since I have seen no results and I’ve currently been on hold 45 minutes - a human has not... read more
The service is okey but I have one star because of a nurse that gave me such attitude, the manager on duty was Val szybowski she has to do something about it the nurse wasn’t helping at all her customer service is a 0/10 it’s not all about having the degree or the money to do this kind of job it’s all about the patient and she definitely wasn’t all about the ptient, the date i was at the urgent care center was July 31,21 8:30am, hopefully you can figure out who’s the nurse because they didn’t give me her name, i’ll never be ... read more
Absolutely horrible customer service. My husband had Covid so he went here to get tested and they said there was nothing they could do, which ya we get. So they send him home and he starts to get better, but then out of no where he tanks and gets extremely worse so I called and asked to speak with a nurse to see if he needed to go to a hospital or if this was normal and I gave all his symptoms to someone at 6pm and they promised a dr would call me back. The service is good once you are seen. The challenge is the 30 minute wait when you are the first appointment of the day. Nothing FastTrack about that.
