At Fast Track Urgent Care Center, a board-certified provider sees every one of our patients. All of our doctors are trained in the care of both children and adults, and each has experience in the urgent care setting. All of our providers have chosen urgent care as a profession and work solely in our offices. By having the same group of physicians working closely together, we are able to render consistent care to our patients, much the same way a primary care doctor would.

Receptionist had trouble checking me in, I had to put info in 3 times. NP called the wrong person back, and just said "oops wrong person go back to the waiting room." Really impersonal and NP was just so nasty
I do not think my concerns and my health issues were listened and were brush off . It took a lot time to be checked in and I had checked in online before heading to the office
I came in for bloodwork and was told by my employer a few days later that the lab was unable to do the test because my blood was not labeled properly with my name. No one from the clinic called me or reached out in any other way. I now have to take more time out of another work day to go to a different clinic and get blood draw an again. I also had a TB test and when I came back for my read I waited an hour for the clinician to look at my arm for 2 seconds. Hopefully in the future you can prioritize patients better. I was there for 7 hours! They did nothing for me. No exray,no medicine for my pain. I felt like I didn't matter. I had to call out for work.
was there for 4 hours, had a fever, chills so bad i had to wait outside to not freeze, kept falling asleep on the ground outside, no one cared.
I came for a preemployment drug test & stayed an hour I should’ve made an appointment
The staff was friendly enough, but I didn’t they they did a thorough job of diagnosing me. I ended up having to go to my primary care the next day where they found I had a bad ear infection with the tympanic membrane being pink and refracted. When she checked my ears at the urgent care it was a cursory look and she never said anything looked bad. I now cannot hear out of that ear. The timing of when I went to my primary care after the clinic was less than 24 hours.
The front was lacking any sense of professionalism and sense of urgency. We waited 2 hours to be called only to be told there was nothing they could do and sent us to the emergency room. There were ants crawling all over the floor in the lobby and the furniture was dirty and extremely uncomfortable.
I had a pre-booked, confirmed appointment for 6:30pm. Upon arrival, the front desk staff member seemed rather overwhelmed with seven walk-ins and the ‘new system’ requiring everyone to complete either paperwork or an online check-in process. I was complete with my electronic check-in process by 6:40 and then was told to wait until my name was called. There was no priority provided given I had a confirmed appointment.
