The staff was great, very helpful. I recommend this facility.
When I am self pay and spend $207.00 I expect to see a doctor. Not an ARNP, who has to ask the doctor questions about my care. Also, you need an EKG machine to check my heart and an x-ray or sonogram to see my knee and vein in my leg. The TGH urgent care needs to be connected to TGH patient portal so I don't have to explain my health. That was a waste of my money and my time!!
Excellent service and staff!
I went here for a simple post-surgical dressing/packing change and the doctor needed me to explain to him how to do it. Then they tried to charge me way more for my visit than it should have cost and I had to explain to them that with my insurance it shouldn’t cost that much.
I was diagnosed quickly and had the added convenience of receiving my medication on site I have had multiple experiences with this particular TGH FastTrack and have never been let down!
Ended up in ER 48 hours later with massive swollen tonsel. The magic mouthwash prescribed did nothing.
Service great I cannot understand WHY THERE IS NO HAN. ACCESSIBLE, PARKING, I DROVE AROUND 3 X . THATS MY ONLY ISSUE. I FEEL IF U HV THIS HERE IT NEEDS TO HAVE AT LEAST 3 MARKED SPACES FOR COMING IN FOR SERVICES.
Long wait, and it was not crowded or busy.
Kind of unprofessional medical setting no real privacy people all seem to be new to the profession they tell you they won't charge your card that day to sucker you in then charge you card even if you tell them you have insurance .It seems more for profit than for customers which is very unpleasant for a health care setting
