At Fast Track Urgent Care Center, a board-certified provider sees every one of our patients. All of our doctors are trained in the care of both children and adults, and each has experience in the urgent care setting. All of our providers have chosen urgent care as a profession and work solely in our offices. By having the same group of physicians working closely together, we are able to render consistent care to our patients, much the same way a primary care doctor would.

As a healthcare worker myself, I believe customer service should be it’s strongest in the healthcare setting. You are encountering sick patients who are already down, so the front office personnel should present with extreme care and kindness. As soon as I walked in the door, I was yelled at by the front desk woman to wear a mask. I forgot my mask in the car and it was pouring rain, and asked if she could please provide me with one. She was visibly upset that I interrupted her snack and that she had to get up to go look for... read more
Expensive considering that you only carried out a one minute meeting with the doctor and then a covid test. I can get a test for free elsewhere. I needed something for a chest infection
I told the doctor many times this was no ordinary sore throat and he proceeds to look in my mouth for less than 2 seconds and told me I do not have strep throat and to just take Motrin and cough drops which is what I already been doing and went to doctor to get actual medication. The next day still in terrible paid I went to a different urgent care where I tested positive for strep throat and got antibiotics
When I checked in I was the only one there. I went back into the room and sat for 40 minutes until I was seen by a doctor. I came out to ask and everyone was just sitting there with no sense of urgency to help me. Then when the doctor came in, he said that they got busy..
The doctor was so arrogant he refused to test me for anything including covid even after I asked for the pcr test. He just listened to my chest and prescribed me antibiotics, steroids, and an inhaler and then had the nerve to diagnose me with pneumonia on paper and slyly hand it to an office attendant to hand to me. Not saying one word about it to me.
I have always gone to TGH and TGH affiliates for care, as they are amazing. However, my experience at the TGH urgent care in Tampa Heights was very poor. Front staff and medical assistant were fantastic, however I felt as if the doctor didn’t listen to my concerns and did not provide compassionate, evidence based care. He also tried to rush me out the door. This is definitely not the tampa general care I’m used to
Very fast visit, in and out. Thank you.
Great experience! My daughter said it was painless. Very kind staff, will be back.
Doctor’s “bedside manner “ was a bit arrogant. Also, prescribed 3 medications and 1 over the counter. Sent in 2 medications and ober the counter prescriptions - And left off 1 medication. Could not get anyone on the phone . Pharmacy stayed on hold for over an hour. Pharmacy stated that I had to go back to the dr. And get them to send in the missing prescription. I WAS SICK and could not be out driving around!!!
