All of our doctors are trained in the care of both children and adults, and each has experience in the urgent care setting. All of our providers have chosen urgent care as a profession and work solely in our offices. I got a Covid test there on Sunday. Was negative. Didn’t feel right. Got another test on Tuesday was positive. The girls working were lovely. I actually waited longer here then at Ray Jay.

Fast, thorough and professional!
I was experiencing GI symptoms with a low-grade fever. After negative covid and flu tests, the nurse practitioner explained that I most likely had viral gastroenteritis.
My son was diagnosed with a broken bone, but when I took him to a hand specialist within the next 3 days, first they had to retake the X-ray because the one done at Fast Track was blurry and couldn't be read, and then we were told that there are no broken bones and his writst is only very inflamed. We were so happy for the good news that we forgot the 3 days of worries.
Results are provide it over the phone and in paper to the office. Will be awesome if was posted in a patient portal or something like that.
Sent to 2 different locations for care. Website states incorrect information about x-rays. Made my appointment for me at at tier 3 specialist. Filed a complaint. It was never dealt with. I will never use this urgent care again.
From my point of view, the wait was to long to get in ,two half hours .
I have been to this urgent care twice and have been treated by the same provider both times and I was very upset with my treatment. The first time I went in for a yeast infection and the NP inserted the speculum with no lube. It was extremely painful and with the added discomfort of the infection, was very unpleasant. The second time I went in with severe dehydration believed to be linked to diabetes insipidus.
