At Fast Track Urgent Care Center, a board-certified provider sees every one of our patients. All of our doctors are trained in the care of both children and adults, and each has experience in the urgent care setting. All of our providers have chosen urgent care as a profession and work solely in our offices. By having the same group of physicians working closely together, we are able to render consistent care to our patients, much the same way a primary care doctor would.

Music is too loud in the lobby when you're in pain and looking for medical treatment it is not soothing music At all I thought they were having a party. I could not even hardly think to fill out the forms I was in pain the music was blasting it made me want to leave. Parking at that location sucks you all need to have specific parking spaces I had to hobble from all the way down the street because of all the traffic at Armature works.
I was seen quickly, which I appreciated, but the doctor who examined me was a bit of a lazy know it all. Was traveling from out of state, feeling very ill, but felt (correctly) like I had a pretty good idea what was going on (tickborne illness that is common in my area but rare in Tampa). The doctor treated my concern with obvious contempt until I reminded him for the third time that I was not from the area. Told me I had a virus and needed to drink fluids and rest. Treated me with medication that was not for my illness. It made me much more sick. Find doctors that know what they are doing or don’t treat patients at all. Very dangerous to do that.

What I really wanted was not to pay for a device that costs so much for a couple days. Was told I could purchase meds at the office for 10.00 for anti inflammatory. I find out it’s .77 at Walgreens so I’m glad I didn’t do that. I wasn’t allowed to work with my foot injury and FMLA paperwork would need to be filled out. I was quickly told there was a 50.00 charge for that. Som... read more
I came in to follow up on a previous visit in regards to a leg infection. The first visit was very pleasant. I saw an ARNP who was very attentive and caring. Even before I left, she had the nurse wrap my leg. I came in the second time since I was unable to get an appointment with my primary before I was leaving on a trip. The doctor I saw made me feel I didn’t need to be bothering him with my concerns. He pretty much needed to go to wound care to have it taken care of. Since they don’t do wound debridement. I usually go to C... read more
