At Fast Track Urgent Care Center, a board-certified provider sees every one of our patients. All of our doctors are trained in the care of both children and adults, and each has experience in the urgent care setting. All of our providers have chosen urgent care as a profession and work solely in our offices. By having the same group of physicians working closely together, we are able to render consistent care to our patients, much the same way a primary care doctor would.

To slow and expensive service
Went to the location, the Heights. No complains. However I spent the rest of the day and a half trying to get the health care person some information so he could prescribe a medication for me. The most frustrating, waste of time! If TGH can’t support 18 locations that people are depending on for the services you say your providing, then perhaps TGH, should reduce the number of locations until they can support the locations.
After waiting a reason amount of time to see a doctor, I was led to an exam room that smelled like skunk. I was given a sample cup for testing, and then met by the PA. She told me that I couldn’t be helped at this TGH site, so she sent me to the TGH emergency room. So, I was charged for a visit where the PA saw me for one minute, and I was charged for a sample test that had to be repeated at the TGH site.
Will never go back to that place.
Not friendly. Very limited exam and unable to discuss significant elevation in BP because that was “not the reason for the visit” NO toilet paper in bathroom
Sent home with three days of cough, headache, sinus pressure, drainage, body aches. Just take iburprofen which I already take and was not working.
I confirmed my pharmacy with the tech and they still sent the prescription to the wrong pharmacy. When I called the number tool yet again confirm the pharmacy they sent it to the wrong pharmacy again.
Had to wait two hours and there’s only one doctor and only about three patients ahead of me it was awful when I finally got in the doctor saw me for about five minutes. I would not go back. Need to have more doctors or nurse practitioners that can get you in a timely manner.
The force that was used to check for an UTI was much more than necessary!
