The front desk put my medical information in under a different patients account.
The doctor was nice enough and understanding. The problem was I was prescribed an antibiotic eye drop that when I looked up the reviews was only 10% effective on patients! I ended up having to go to the ophthalmologist because the doctor would not call in another antibiotic and told me it was not a bacterial infection. Doctors should read about the drugs they're prescribing. This one was only 10% effective with patients and caused them the irritation like I had so why are they being prescribed at all? Doctor was very nice but didn't see that i was going to get worst i had no medication now i am not able to walk or sit without pain during in urgent care at Florida orthopedic
Doctor and tech were great. But had to call corp. to get x-rays to take to surgeon. still had to go to office of Gandy twice to get them. Receptionist Yoanma could not be bothered with patient needs. But after getting past her service was great and fast.
We made an appointment for a sports physical and we were in and out in 40 minutes!
The people were nice and the process was fast, I took my 96 year old friend to check on her cough and they told us she was fine, her lungs clear, and it was allergies because she also had a rash that they treated, 2 days later she could not breathe and we had to take her to the emergency room, she had pneumonia...I was very upset of course.
1st of all the girl at the desk was horribly rude and empathetic. I waited 3 hours do have my ribs x-rayed. At checkout I found they had charged a previous debit card I had given without my knowledge and it had to be reversed. No one said would you like to use the same card and it was charged before check out. I said I was sorry to inconvenience her comet the same rude girl, and why was she acting so mean to me? There was no answer from her note discussion at all. She needs a new profession

Even as I arrived at 8:10 on Tuesday morning at the South Tampa office, there were already 5 or 6 people ahead of me. What time do they open??? I never got in to see a doctor until almost 10:30, which is longer than usual, as it is usually only a 1/2 hour or less. The nurse/practisener I saw was very concerned and urged me to go to the ER.
