At Fast Track Urgent Care Center, a board-certified provider sees every one of our patients. All of our doctors are trained in the care of both children and adults, and each has experience in the urgent care setting. All of our providers have chosen urgent care as a profession and work solely in our offices. By having the same group of physicians working closely together, we are able to render consistent care to our patients, much the same way a primary care doctor would.

Staff and nurses very negligible and sympathetic
We had to wait fir over 2 hrs to be told that there was nothing they could do for me, contrary to what was told to us about labs at the front desk. Will never go back, better service at urgent care close to my house. And was charged $200 for Nothing and I do have insurance I expect a credit once my ins reviews. Also false advertising on the web as to what can be done there. Total waste of time!!!
Waited for about 3 hours before they attended us.
Over 3 hrs wait. No Dr. PA that took care of me was good. The tech guy who took my blood pressure wasn’t very friendly. I had to go to St Joseph ER 2 days later.
My appointment was for 10:45 I arrived there about 10:40 I was told by the young lady at the desk that I should have been contacted because all of the appointments were canceled, they were having problems with the equipment. I understand that things do come up. How ever I was not contacted till after 3 p.m. and the only reason why they called was to reschedule my appointment. The Tech provided a clip board asking me to sign the release. It appeared to have scribble in the area where a name would appear. I asked where the identifying label was and was told “It was alright we do this all the time”. I Asked to see the tube and there too was a scribble of a name which was not identifiable. I told him I needed to have both the release document and the tube with a printed label with my name and DOB. He again stated” we do this all the time” . The nurse practitioner was great! No complaints about the treatment. My complaint is about the requirement of giving a credit card to be held on file. This should never happen! No one should be required to give a credit card to be held on file. This is the policy the receptionist stated had to be followed to be seen. I have been to many urgent care centers before such as Centra Care, Baycare Urgent Care, etc, and none of them require this except TGH Urgent Care! I came to Fast Track experiencing bad pain in my side. I waited in my car for 2 hours and 45 minutes, as did 2 other women.,I then left and 25 minutes later got a call that I could come in and be seen. I saw my primary the next day and had urgent gallbladder surgery the following day. Fast Track should take Fast out of their title.
Staff was very pleasant and efficient
