I called to sign up for service, over the next 2-3 weeks people came and did their work. All employees were nice and courteous and answered all my questions that I had. Customer service people were also patient, informative, and friendly. The Internet is working great! The only con is that I didn’t switch to OEC fiber sooner!!!!!!
Every person is always so kind, punctual, professional and very easy to work with. Everyone did a wonderful job installing the fiber.

Installation was professional. One comment though. The tech left the old router and a couple old set top boxes with cords and wrapping for me to dispose of. Can you put electronics in the trash?
