My lady's and my home hook up was wonderful and we love our product this install went into my mothers home all in my name the guy was I thought doing great but when he left there was no wifi on my computer. He did not check my computer to see if it connected. I called in and the lady I spoke with could not tell me anything kept acting as if i was bothering her she said several times she could not stay on the phone with me she kept interrupting me and would not hear my issue. After waiting for over a year on a competitor, OEC moved swiftly and came through for us.
Told us putting the router in our bedroom wouldn’t effect the signal in bedrooms on the other side of the house but it did... than wanted to charge us $75 to move the router. It was a great first experience with your company!

Everything fine,except no ppe, and ALL the techs walked all over about 100 dollars worth of plants,they are dead,first guy parked the ditcher in my garden lol,you guys have got a serious problem with respecting peoples plant life,yall cut down all my trees at my other house then aggravated me till I gave up,its ok though but yall should work on that,it's important
Staff always knocked on the door to let me know who they were and what they would be doing.
While the installation experience was good the fiber network itself is absolutely horrible! It took two attempts and 3 minutes just to open this survey. I'm constantly freezing up and timing out or lagging so bad I can't get anything accomplished online. If this continues I will have no choice but to dump this sub-par network and return to Cox who I apparently just thought was bad.
Internet is OK. for the TV, the remotes do not turn off my TV's so I have to use another remote to turn them off. I also thought I would get more channels with the basic plan. Considering cancelling the TV portion.
I got missed when my neighbors got there fiber connected. I have a large stack of papers from phone calls to the young ladies in the fiber department, they probably think I am hitting on them. The lady that got it going I think her name is Jeanie she sent an email to a supervisor then he looked it over that day. Within 4 or 5 working days I’m connected. Once it got rolling it’s been great. I heard a lot of being done in 7 to 10 days. Thanks for getting it connected.
