The name of this care facility is a great indication of the attention to keeping appointments and taking care of patients. However, the care received was excellent and very attentive to my needs. The exam from the medical personnel was better than I even receive from my primary care doctor. My symptoms were listened to and noted. I appreciated the kind and polite manner with which I was treated. Great place for urgently needed care.
Me and my wife went to the urgent care center a day apart. Both had the same symptoms and her doctor and mine was the same. She was a little worse than me and so she got a stronger antibiotic and a round of steroids. I was given clavamox and a nasal spray. I called back seven days later to let them know I was getting worse and could they write a new script. They said that I waited to long to call in and I would need to be seen again.
