I waited 6 hrs to get tested. Would you be happy. Your phone never answers 925-1903. Why don’t you try calling that number. Left my name and number 4 times each for 2 days. Nothing. You are understaffed and very disorganized. Opened too many clinics to fast person in charge should be fired. I will never ever go back. Have a nice day. I will never hear from you guys , just like answering your phone. You guys have serious problems

I think the only thing I would change is your efficiency, instead of using employee time of 30 minutes to wipe down manually you can cut your time by almost 80% or more by purchasing EMist EPIX360 Handheld Electrostatic Sprayer. After calling for over two hours and not getting an answer, I finally drive to this location for a COVID test. I walked in to two empty bottles of sanitizer on a table, and checked in. I was told there were 10 people in front of me. I asked the receptionist how long it would be and she said she couldn’t give me an estimate. After two hours in my car, I walked in and asked how much longer it would be and was told that they were JUST inputting my information and that there were STILL 5 people in front of me. My experience was absolutely horrible the receptionist was totally rude and lied about the wait time and had me sitting from 9am to 3pm for a drug test! I would never recommend this place!

I came in with COVID symptoms and for the almost two hours I waited, I observed not one pen, clipboard, countertop, or chair being wiped off. Not until almost two hours into my wait, did someone from the reception area give anyone the option of waiting in their car until they were called back. If I knew that was an option, I would have gladly done that. I observed someone being turned away because they did not have a method of payment that they could provide for future use. I had booked my appointment for swab test at 11:30am but I wasn’t called until almost 2pm. Although the Receptionist was so nice to tell me that they haven’t forgotten about me but I guess waiting for almost 3 hours without lunch was quite long. The doctor who took care of me was really nice but the medical assistant was kind of in a hurry. Over all I would still go back but for emergency cases only.

Medication is not cure and really struggling. Doctor was really not even looking at the issue.

Reception staff is NEVER friendly, we have used this location several times with great experiences with the physicians/nurse practitioners but the support staff is frustrating. We have had to wait for the receptionist to complete their, very clearly personal phone calls- not business, several different occasions before they could/would do their job. We were told By the NP this last visit to call back should there be any concerns- I did call and left a message, never to hear back, I was absolutely not surprised.

My appointment time was 7:30 am. Was instructed to arrive between 7-730am. I was late due to a traffic jam as I live in Clearwater and the causeway that morning had an accident which slowed my arrival Then I am a dialysis with stage 5 Renal Disease and I parked in the deck after 15 minutes riding up to the top to find a spot for some reason it was full at 730am.
